Frequently asked questions

Where is my data stored?

Entirely on your device. Woolio is local-first — there are no accounts and no servers. Your stash and projects never leave your iPhone or iPad unless you export them yourself.

How do I back up or move my data?

Open Settings inside Woolio and use the export option to save a backup file. You can store it anywhere — Files, iCloud Drive, or another device — and import it back into Woolio later.

Does Woolio work offline?

Yes. Woolio is designed to work fully offline. No internet connection is required to use any feature.

What languages are supported?

English, Simplified Chinese (简体中文), and Traditional Chinese (繁體中文). Woolio follows your device's language setting.
